How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)
The LTE Pop Up Thrift Store Manager is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the daily operations for the Agrace Thrift Store. This includes customer service, sales, store standards and managing inventory levels as well as the supervision of Agrace Thrift Store volunteers.

You Bring (Qualifications)

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience

3 years of experience in retail or retail management

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others

Experience using industry specific software

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property.

Ability to work at various Agrace locations.

Ability to use proper body mechanics and standard precautions
