What You’ll Do:
- Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
- Complete oil changes and fluid top-offs following company procedures
- Inspect and replace filters, hoses, belts, lights, and other minor components
- Conduct basic safety checks and identify vehicle issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about service needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
- Produce clear, accurate service documentation
- Drive customer vehicles safely during test drives (valid driver’s license required)

- Some tire/oil change experience is great—but we’ll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
- Customer service mindset—you care about people, not just cars
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
