Under the direction of the Operations Manager in Cortland, New York, the Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver is responsible for delivery of miscellaneous product, loading and unloading delivery truck, and picking up product from vendors; as well as warehouse duties picking, packing and shipping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Shipping:
- Accurately pulling products from shelves
- Carefully packaging product to be shipped to our customers
- Labeling and stocking shelves with newly received products
- LEAN processes: dusting, sweeping, making cooler boxes, organizing ice packs.
Driver:
- Deliver miscellaneous product to Armor Animal Health clients
- Pick up and deliver products to Armor Animal Health from vendors as needed
- Safely operate Armor Animal Health equipment (straight truck) and adhere to hazardous and CDL regulations
- Perform pre and post trip inspections of equipment (straight truck) and communicate issues to maintenance dept.
- Transport of Armor Animal Health trucks for maintenance and service as needed

Education and/or Experience: Requires a high school diploma with 1-3 years’ experience driving Armor Animal Health vehicle types. Experience with 26’, 48’ and 53’ Trucks.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret delivery invoices. Ability to effectively and professionally present information and respond to questions from customers, vendors, managers and other employees.Â

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.Â
Â
Other skills and Abilities: Ability to operate a computer, fork-lift certified, work with minimal supervision, follow directions, and work under pressure. Ability to use GPS system, smart phone and have good organizational skills. Must have Class A/B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and a clear driving record. Must be detail oriented, reliable, and focused on accuracy.
