GENERAL DESCRIPTIONÂ
Under general supervision, the Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment throughout the facility. This position performs a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas meet VSI standards of cleanliness and safety. Â

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums, and buffs floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.Â

Reports any maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, broken equipment, unsafe conditions) to management.Â

Assists with light maintenance or special cleaning projects as assigned (e.g., event setup, spill cleanup, seasonal deep cleaning).Â
