The Role: Employment Coordinator – (Full Time, M–F 9AM–5PM)  Greenbelt MD - FairFax VA Region

You are a relationship builder, a problem-solver, and a motivator. You believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. As our next Employment Coordinator, you’ll help refugees and asylees secure sustainable employment that supports their long-term success.

You’ll Succeed If You:

• Have a proven track record of placing job seekers into sustainable, long-term employment

• Are comfortable working onsite five days a week and traveling locally with clients or to business locations to ensure success

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and workforce partners

• Can coordinate job readiness training, job fairs, and workshops with confidence

• Are highly organized, outcome-driven, and team-oriented

What You Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience

• Previous experience with immigrant or refugee populations strongly preferred

• Excellent communication, documentation, and public speaking skills

• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required

• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel (10–30%)
