Right now, hundreds of Ukrainian families need guidance, dignity, and opportunity as they rebuild their lives in Virginia.
🎯 Your Role: The Guide
As a Case Manager & Employment Coordinator, you’ll be both a navigator and a bridge—connecting newly arrived Ukrainian refugees with housing, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities across Northern Virginia.
🛠️ What You'll Do
- Enroll clients in resettlement and employment programs.
- Provide hands-on case management: housing, school, benefits, medical access.
- Conduct job readiness training and help clients prepare for work in the U.S.
- Develop employer relationships and match clients with job opportunities.
- Serve as the primary Ukrainian-speaking liaison between families and community services.
- Maintain accurate case files and participate in team strategy and community events.
