FL Toolholders, a division of Marposs and a leader in international precision tool holder systems, fixtures, and gauges, has an opening for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator

 

 

  • Mazak Quick Turn 250 with Fusion Controller
  • Mazak Quick Turn 20 HP with Mazatrol T Plus Controller
  • Mazak Quick Turn 350 with Smart Controller (newer model)

 

Since all our CNC machines are Mazak, there is ample opportunity for growth for a Mazak programmer/operator.

 

Position Overview:

  • This is a low-production environment, typically 50 pieces or fewer per job.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience programming, setting tools, and producing quality parts directly at the machine using Mazatrol at the control panel.
  • We do not use 3D models or CAD/CAM software—programming is done at the machine.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong understanding of GD&T tolerances and be able to read blueprints.
  • Must possess a good work ethic, be reliable, and have a willingness to learn our specific processes.
  • Applicants should have their own tools to check their work, although some tools can be provided.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
