This individual is responsible for proactively addressing parts and service issues while maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, technicians, and management. This includes managing the creation and communication of both internal and external work orders, coordinating equipment repairs, overseeing internal parts inventory, and managing essential administrative duties to uphold departmental organization.
