Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Marketo certification preferred but not required.
Required Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Marketo functionalities including email sending and management, audience segmenting, lead management and scoring, smart campaigns, dynamic content, reporting, revenue cycle modeler, etc.
- The successful candidate will have a good understanding of other marketing technologies such as Google Analytics and ad platforms, social media platforms, chat bots, blog platforms, etc
- Intermediate understanding of CRM applications (Salesforce.com).
- Expert knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Strong understanding of UTM parameter usage, organization and their role in reporting.
Preferred Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability and the ability to resolve issues.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for landing page development. Basic understanding of JavaScript.
- Velocity script for advance email content experiences.
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Marketo required.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels.
- The candidate will maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and projects; prioritize multiple projects; and perform with accuracy in work product.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Adobe creative tools including, but not limited to, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for landing page development.
- Experience with scheduling and routing projects between designers, clients, and review teams.
- Experience with project management software preferred.

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting/warehouse.
