Job Summary:
As a Medical Laboratory Customer Service Representative at Tribal Diagnostics, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, including healthcare professionals, clinics, and patients. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering outstanding customer service and support.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding laboratory services, test results, and specimen collection procedures through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Accurately enter and process laboratory test orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our database.
- Provide information and guidance to clients and patients regarding specimen collection requirements, test preparation, and result interpretation.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure the highest standards of service and accuracy in test results.
- Successfully participates in and supports Tribal Diagnostics' compliance program and initiatives.
