Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience working with fire alarm systems.
- NICET certification is preferred; must be obtained within the first year of employment (company-funded).
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics, and using tools such as multimeters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities with short notice.
- Must have a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screening as a condition of employment.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Frequent work at off-site customer facilities, which may include clean and unclean environments, and exposure to hot or cold conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and use proper equipment to maneuver 300-lb cylinders.
- Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and operating lifts when necessary.
- Personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, hard hats, and other site-specific safety gear may be required.
- Company uniforms provided.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays as needed.
