SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required. Master's Degree and/or CPA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial management roles within a project-based environment.
Computer Skills: Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn & operate all relevant programs used by the organization.
Other Requirements:Â Strong understanding of contract-based accounting and project accounting principles. Ability to deliver clear and concise written and verbal presentations. Must be able to effectively communicate with people operating at all levels of the company in a variety of situations. Knowledge and experience with Construction accounting / project accounting (POC) as well as a background or experience in cost control is favored.
