Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our centralized Support Center in Downtown Dallas. In this role, you will be the first line of support for incoming IT issues, working closely with in-house staff, telecom providers, and our internal IT department to ensure prompt issue resolution and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support calls and tickets from staff across 40+ facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide phone-based and remote support to both clinical and non-clinical users.
- Collaborate with the Telecom team to manage internet, phones, and other connectivity services.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff and setting up user accounts, email, devices, etc.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when necessary.
