QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician or electrical technician in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial controls, motor starters, VFDs, relays, sensors, and control logic.
- Experience working with high-voltage systems, 3-phase power, and industrial electrical distribution.
- Proficient in the use of multimeters, megohm meters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with machine controls, including troubleshooting electrical aspects of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and ladder logic (PLC experience a plus).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
