A Bartender must provide every guest with the “Spinato’s Experience,” deliver quality food, and participate in a team environment. To do so, an Bartender candidate must meet certain requirements and perform many tasks.
TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Creating a guest-first environment
- Ringing in guest orders accurately and quickly
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins or straws
- Controlling inventory needed to supply all stations
- Communicating effectively with all other employees
- Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Slice/juice fruit
- Adhering to all Spinato’s specifications and recipes
- Adhering to all Spinato’s Policy and Procedures as dictated by your Employee Handbook
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adhering to all proper food handling procedures set forth by the local Health Department
