The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the financial records for Garvey Manor in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the CEO and/or CFO ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports management in financial decision-making to maintain the highest degree of service and fiscal integrity.
· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, journals, and financial records on a monthly basis.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
· Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
· Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
