As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you'll work under the direction of our Quality Assurance Manager, conducting regular audits of employee and individual documentation, home provider data, and medication reports. Your keen eye will ensure everything aligns with Living Innovations' policies, state regulations, and relevant statutes. You'll be a key player in upholding our commitment to quality and high standards.
This is a Remote Position requiring travel for team meetings and home visits in both New Hampshire and Rhode Island
What You'll Do
- Audit & Compliance: Monitor individual, employee, and home provider files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, managing the self-check/audit process with strict confidentiality.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain positive relationships with peers and supervisors, collaborating on Plans of Correction and keeping the Quality Assurance Manager informed of compliance issues.
- Reporting & Administration: Identify trends and deficiencies, develop reports from audit data, update QA checklists, and provide general administrative support.
