Position Details

Pay:

$100,000-$120,000/year, DOE

 

  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel at Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other advertising partners to foster trust, open communication, and long-term collaboration
  • Serve as the primary contact and relationship owner for channel partners to ensure they feel valued and prioritized to strengthen loyalty and position Logical Position as a preferred partner
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure our offerings and initiatives remain aligned with evolving partner expectations and market dynamics
  • Coordinate and lead joint planning sessions with channel partners, pull partner data, to establish shared performance metrics, financial targets, key milestones and identify new partner opportunities to ensure accountability and success
  • Collaborate with product leadership to evaluate partner goals, maintain compliance with agreements to ensure Logical Position retains its partner status
  • Partner with the Marketing department to enhance Logical Position’s brand presence and engagement across all platforms to enhance visibility and market influence
  • Develop and manage a pilot/beta tracking program to support innovation and improve processes
  • Coordinate and execute award submissions in partnership with product leadership to showcase achievements and elevate Logical Position’s culture
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), partner summits, hosting partner dinners, and special events; represent Logical Position at partner-hosted events; to build brand equity, deepen partner relationships, strengthen strategic alignment and stay informed on industry trends and partner priorities
  • Lead sales and partner incentive planning sessions, design contests and programs that motivate performance and align with key performance indicators
  • Optimize product adoption-focused training programs and implement tools and processes to empower teams and partners with the tools and knowledge needed to drive results
  • Lead weekly internal status and planning meetings with product leadership to monitor progress toward partner goals and maintain cross-functional alignment
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Logical Position’s policies and procedures to effectively implement new processes and ensure consistency

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or similar role
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and other channel platforms
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience addressing large groups
  • Proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism and a positive attitude in difficult situations and when handling sensitive information
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
