Perricone Farms is currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager (SoCal), who will be covering Southern California region, covering both Orange County and Los Angeles County. Summary of the Position:
The Field Marketing Manager (SoCal) will lead regional marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, product trial, and consumer engagement across Southern California. This role will represent both Perricone Farms and Natalie’s in the field, acting as the face of the brands to consumers, retail partners, foodservice activations and event stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in experiential marketing, local brand building, and retail support, along with a deep understanding of the Southern California market.
Responsibilities:
Field Execution & Brand Activation

Lead the planning and execution of local field marketing initiatives, including pop-ups, demos, fitness events, festivals, and community activations.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support in-store promotions and retail samplings at key accounts such as Sprouts, Albertson’s, Kroger, Bristol Farms and other strategic partners.
Brand Representation

Educate consumers, retail staff, and event partners on product benefits, ingredients, and the unique brand stories behind both juice lines.
Market Development

Stay attuned to local trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights, sharing relevant feedback with internal teams.
Team Management & Reporting

Oversee event performance tracking, including KPIs, recaps, and regular reporting to the marketing team.
