- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; food/beverage industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CMMS platforms and managing work orders.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and regulatory standards.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
