Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or another operations-intensive industry preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex formulas.
- Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Dallas metropolitan area.

Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in an office setting with routine exposure to standard office equipment. Periodic visits to fabrication shops, construction sites, or field locations may be required, where exposure to environmental conditions such as noise, dust, and outdoor weather may occur.
