Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5pm     Position type: Full-Time

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Publishing Royalty Analyst to help ensure our songwriters and partners are cared for with excellence and integrity.

What You’ll Do

As a Publishing Royalty Analyst, you will:

  • Process and prepare publishing royalty statements with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with our copyright team on new deals and song research using trusted resources.
  • Manage incoming royalty data, statements, and portals for seamless operations.
  • Support royalty runs, payments, and quarterly reporting for songwriters and catalogs.
  • Ensure all work is handled with excellence, integrity, and alignment with our mission.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Music Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in publishing royalty administration (internships included).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools.
  • Working knowledge of song publishing royalties, copyright laws, and publishing practices.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Vistex Music Maestro is a plus.
