About Us

Integrity Music, a division of David C Cook, is a passionate community of creatives, worship leaders, and artists dedicated to equipping the global Church with powerful worship experiences. We are seeking a VP of A&R and Development to join our dynamic creative team and help shape the visual identity of our artists and brand.

Position Summary

The Vice President of A&R and Development will report to and support the President in leading the strategic vision, direction, and execution of new artist discovery, branding, development, strategy, and repertoire for Integrity Music. This role will lead the A&R team and plays a key role in shaping the creative direction of the label, cultivating relationships with current and prospective artists, and ensuring alignment with Integrity Music's mission to resource and impact the Church worldwide. The VP of A&R and Development will work cross-functionally with the VP of Marketing, publishing, international partners, and commercial partnerships to drive long-term creative and commercial success.  As leader of the A&R team, this person will model best practices and support overall team development in collaboration with the President.

This role will also provide direct oversight of A&R budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial stewardship and alignment with organizational goals. In addition, the VP will champion digital-first strategies—leveraging streaming data, analytics, and innovative release models—to maximize artist reach and engagement. Given Integrity Music’s global impact, the VP must bring cultural awareness and experience working across diverse worship contexts, modeling Christ-centered leadership and fostering inclusion throughout the artist roster and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and vision for Integrity Music’s A&R strategy with particular emphasis on new artist branding, development, and long-term strategy, executed in close collaboration with the VP of Marketing and commercial partnerships
  • Identify, evaluate, and sign artists and/or worship leaders with global potential
  • Build strong artist relationships and oversee long-term development
  • Oversee a roster of artists and guide creative direction across projects, including song selection and production
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, publishing, and commercial partnerships teams
  • Partner with Commercial Partnerships & Marketing to maximize streaming performance and playlist placement
  • Represent Integrity Music at conferences, industry events, and church networks
  • Help lead bi-weekly “Strategic Release Meeting” comprised of A&R, marketing, and commercial partnerships to devise and create effective data driven music releases
  • Champion innovative approaches to artist development including songwriting camps, co-writing initiatives, and partnerships with global churches.
  • Serve as a “player/coach” on the A&R team; lead by example by modeling a strategic artist development thought process and planning. VP will support the President by leading the A&R team, contributing to the development of team members’ skills, and ensuring the delivery of artistically and commercially viable songs/recordings to achieve maximum Kingdom impact globally
  • Collaborate closely with each A&R team member to align on artist development strategies
  • Oversee A&R budget and resource allocation, ensuring financial stewardship and alignment with organizational goals
  • Radio Promotion – provide regular input to VP of Marketing regarding radio single release planning, strategy, and song selection
  • Serve as a senior culture carrier—modeling Integrity’s mission, values, and Christ-centered leadership across the organization
