Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term donor engagement strategy aligned with ministry goals.
- Personally cultivate relationships with major donors, foundations, and strategic partners.
- Oversee major gifts, planned giving, sponsorships, and grant initiatives.
- Lead a values-driven donor engagement team with a results-oriented approach.
- Optimize fundraising systems and processes for operational efficiency.
- Utilize technology to enhance donor interactions and streamline giving.
- Partner with communications and marketing to tell our story powerfully.
- Serve as a vital voice on the Executive Leadership Team.
