AI Solutions Architect

In this project-based role, you’ll:

• Design and deploy AI solutions that streamline decision-making and reduce manual work
• Build internal tools and bots that support onboarding, workforce planning, and performance management
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into intelligent automation
• Help shape our AI roadmap—starting with a Copilot-based HR assistant for employee questions
