About Opportunity 

Are you passionate about music, social media, and digital trends? Join the Integrity Music Digital Marketing team and gain real-world experience in how we use platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and digital ads to connect artists with listeners globally. 

You’ll be part of a mission-driven, creative team working to support worship music and artists in a faith-filled environment. If you love music and want to build your marketing skills, this internship is for you! 

What You’ll Do 

  • Execute and support digital and social media strategies 

  • Track digital growth and performance analytics 

  • Create and optimize smartlinks on release days 

  • Manage Spotify Canvas uploads in Spotify for Artists 

  • Present weekly industry insights and research reports 

  • Assist with additional marketing tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Internship Requirements 

  • Pursuing a degree in Music Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 

  • General understanding of social media and digital platforms 

  • Active user of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, etc. 

  • Comfortable with PC/Mac and mobile devices 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn 

  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings 

  • Passion for Christian music is a plus!

  • Action-oriented and accurate 

  • Good task focus and self-review of work 

  • Friendly, collaborative, and professional 

  • Comfortable contributing in both solo and group settings 

Working Conditions

  • Comfortable office or remote environment with light physical movement (sitting, standing, walking) 

  • Some noise typical of co-working and creative spaces 

  • Standard hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends 

  • Detail-oriented tasks requiring focus and accuracy
