We partner with small and mid-sized businesses to deliver proactive IT solutions that protect data, streamline operations, and enable growth.
Hours of operation Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide technical support to end users
- Responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across a wide range of systems, applications, and environments
- Assist with maintaining backend systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for client support.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
- All other tasks as assigned by supervisor not listed as essential functions.

Education:
Required: Any combination of education and experience equivalent provides the required
knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Networking (Firewall, Switching, VLANs)
Windows Server

Security (EDR, ITDR, ZTNA, etc.)

Data Recovery
Managed Email (365 and Workspace)

Experience:
Preferred: CompTIA A+, CompTIA NETWORK+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications and experience
Certification:
Required: Valid driver’s license
Preferred: 1–2 years of IT support experience, ideally in a managed services or multi-client environment, or an Associate's Degree in a computer science-related field
Physical Requirements
- Ability to reach by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
- Ability to frequently walk and climb/descend stairs approximately 50% of the time.
- Ability to manipulate objects with fingers for example, the use of small repair tools, cables, computer equipment
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and a maximum of 140 pounds with assistance
- Ability to periodically bend, kneel, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks
- Must have the physical ability to maintain balance, climb safely, and carry materials while ensuring three points of contact at all times while using a ladder.
- Ability to perform duties with extreme temperature and noise ranges
- Ability to see within normal parameters
- Ability to hear within a normal range
- Ability to move about
