We are seeking a top performer with a proven success record in a dealership setting and stable work history. Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport and build relationship with customers. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least one year of proven auto sales experience.
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.
