Dispatcher

Dispatcher - Full Time

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering/placing phone calls, helping walk-in customers, and providing EXCELLENT customer service
• Enters orders into our daily scheduling and tracking system
• This can be a high stress, fast paced, and unpredictable environment with fluid changes throughout the day. With that in mind, the Dispatcher must be able to adapt to changing work conditions and remain calm when under pressure while staying focused on the goal at hand.

What you’ll need:

• Dispatch experience REQUIRED
• Concrete experience a PLUS
• STRONG communication skills a MUST and an ability to work in a TEAM environment
• Basic mathematical skills, able to add, subtract, divide and multiply
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software solutions quickly
• Results Driven
• Experience in the Ready Mix Concrete Industry a plus
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent
