About the Role: Peer Support Specialist – Star Rise

Are you passionate about using your lived experience to support others on their journey to recovery? At Star Rise, a brand-new 58-unit Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) community in Greeley, you’ll have the chance to do just that—and more.

Thoughtfully designed with trauma-informed principles, Star Rise is more than just housing; it’s a healing-centered space that promotes safety, stability, and a fresh start. From peaceful one-bedroom units to bright, welcoming communal areas, everything here is built to empower residents as they rebuild their lives.

As a Peer Support Specialist, you’ll walk alongside residents as they define and pursue their own goals, whether related to mental health, education, housing, or personal growth. Using your own story of recovery, you’ll offer guidance, teach practical skills, and show what’s possible through authentic connection and encouragement. Your support can spark hope, build confidence, and truly change lives.

If you’re ready to turn your experience into a powerful force for good, we’d love to meet you.
