Design creative content, marketing collateral, online presence, and corporate identity with the support of the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Design and implement all the company’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, company events, trade shows, and public relations activities, both external and internal, with the support of the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Design and deliver creative projects including; presentations, brochures, cut sheets, flyers, mailers, signage, magazines, internal and external email announcements/notifications, trade show materials, video loops, posters, company newsletter, website, project signage, etc. with support of the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Maintain current knowledge of the proposal and presentation processes to support statement of qualifications; budget packages; government forms; market sector and client research; under strict deadlines as needed.

Raise the profile of A/Z externally by increasing coverage through media engagement, press releases, social media, and internally with thoughtful, targeted, internal communications with the support of the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Ensure compliance with corporate branding (apparel, corporate gifts, logo recognition, etc.) as well as ensuring staff is in compliance with branding guidelines.

Ensure and enforce branding and creative standards, including proper usage of logo for all external A/Z documents.

Research competitor and peer company marketing efforts while monitoring market trends to identify marketing opportunities.

Coordinate and participate (as appropriate) in A/Z’s events including groundbreakings, topping-off ceremonies, ribbon cuttings, etc., as necessary with the support of the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Hands-on involvement in advertising and creative campaigns, including copywriting, creative development, and execution.

Implement A/Z’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook platforms, among other digital media channels. Monitor interactions with clients and the public.

Review and understand the need to re-message and/or differentiate content developed by technical contributors.

Request manpower support (as necessary) through Marketing Management to ensure workload consistency and cost-effectiveness.

Review any potential associated marketing costs with the Sr. Marketing Manager to ensure budget compliance.

Support vendor relationships and material ordering, as required.
