PRIMARY DUTIES:
Waco Family Medicine (WFM) is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the system-wide coordination and implementation of a new initiative to improve and expand Waco Family Medicine’s services to pediatric patients. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, driven, and resourceful. This is a grant-funded position with funds that extend through September 30, 2027, at which every effort will be made to extend funding or transition into other available role.
The Project Manager will coordinate clinical and non-clinical activities included in the initiative action plan. Clinical or professional experience serving pediatric populations is valuable but not required. The Project Manager will interface with clinical and operational staff to ensure that all teams have the resources and support to successfully implement activities included in the initiative plan.
