Skills/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
Ability to identify subtle defects and ensure products meet quality requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with a focus on inspection processes in a manufacturing environment.
A high school diploma is required, and an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, technology) preferred.
