Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assure correct transactions have been done when material is placed on hold and when it is released to maintain inventory accuracy.
2. Maintain a log of material on hold including disposition definition within 24 hrs.
3. Plan with production team to have the defined dispositions executed (dates, resources needed, etc.)
4. Daily monitoring or resort/rework output plan vs actual
5. Resort package preparation
6. Manage inventory levels accuracy.
7. Hold area 5S
8. Create resort/rework instructions when applicable.
9. Assure supply of product on hold for production team to keep working until it is depleted.
10. Resort/rework methods validation when applicable
11. Supervision of personnel assigned to resort/rework.
