• Location: 520 N 7th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51503 (Children’s Square Campus)
• Shift: Tuesday-Saturday (1:00pm-9:00pm OR 2:00pm-10:00pm)
• Pay: $60,000-$65,000/yr (Depending on experience & education)

As a PMIC Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include overseeing daily treatment coordination, case management, and care services for youth ages 8–17 in a residential treatment setting. In short, our PMIC Supervisor ensures individualized treatment plans are implemented, while serving as a central contact for therapists, staff, guardians, and partnering agencies.

• Has strong leadership and organizational skills
• Communicates effectively with youth, families, and professionals
• Provides support and direction to staff while ensuring quality treatment
• Values teamwork and serves as a role model for growth and resilience

Qualifications

Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (required) with related experience, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledgeable in counseling/therapy models (CBT preferred) and youth/family systems
• Strong in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building
• Able to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Bonus Points

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a treatment setting
• Familiarity with DHHS, insurance coordination, or case management systems
• Experience working with youth with emotional or behavioral needs
