Position Purpose
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist works as part of the Marketing & Communications team to increase awareness of Habitat Charlotte Region’s available home product inventory and drive qualified prospects into our Homebuyer Program pipeline. This will be accomplished by planning and executing digital content, online user experiences, and advertising tactics supporting these growth initiatives. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist works as part of the Marketing & Communications team to increase awareness of Habitat Charlotte Region’s available home product inventory and drive qualified prospects into our Homebuyer Program pipeline. This will be accomplished by planning and executing digital content, online user experiences, and advertising tactics supporting these growth initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns that deliver Habitat’s value proposition to key audience segments who may benefit from our affordable home product offering
- Define user journeys and develop digital experiences that clearly outline Habitat’s Homebuyer Program, streamline customer inputs and accelerate entry into our program
- Collaborate with internal partners to continually refine program participant engagement, ease of use and overall satisfaction
- Lead external agencies in the development of CGI and video assets to support online home product experiences; manage collection of architectural assets used in the creation of CGI and video content from internal sources
- Partner with the Family Services Team in developing and maintaining online education courses and resources for prospective Habitat homebuyers.
- Support Senior Content Marketing Specialist in content creation as needed
