Description

The Marketing Associate at The Roby Family of Companies is responsible for developing, implementing, and assisting in marketing strategies to promote Andrew Roby, Roby Commercial, Roby Services, and Roby Realty. This individual will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a strong presence, engaging with customers, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proven interest in Construction and Trade Services related marketing.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote The Roby Family of Companies across various online platforms.
  • Assist with managing and curating content for the company's social media accounts. This includes regular posting, engagement, and growing the brand's online presence.
  • Generate creative and engaging content.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist with managing tasks related to conventional marketing.
  • Curating award submissions for various associations.
  • Ensure the brand message and visual identity are consistent across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital efforts with the overall marketing plan and company objectives.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Research best practices and strategies for social media ad campaigns.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (at minimum).
  • 1-3 years of experience (internships included) 
  • Interest in Marketing for Trade Services and Construction.
  • Understands how to implement Call-To-Action Marketing.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage the demands of numerous projects.
  • Strong personal and business ethics.
  • A driven, passionate, and career-minded individual.
  • Civic-minded and actively involved in his or her community.
