Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Location: Wexford, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30- 5:00pm.

Pay: $20-22/hour

Travel: No

In this role, you’re not just answering phones or scheduling appointments. You are the first and lasting impression for every patient who walks through our doors.

Your impact will include:

• Warmly greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome and informed
• Maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of the clinic, including blankets, snacks, and beverages
• Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications
• Verifying insurance, processing payments, and handling patient records
• Collaborating with clinical staff to support daily operations and provide consistent, high-quality experience

• Previous experience in a medical front office or infusion center (not required!)

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience:  Ambulatory Infusion or Medical Office background – preferred. 
• EHR or EMR background; Prior experience with medical verifications, prior authorizations, and reimbursements
• Proficient in Microsoft office products:  Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Ability to multi-task and self manage priorities
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
