EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.); two to three years of related home care or hospital experience preferred;
- Employees must comply with all internal and external requirements for education or continuing education specific to job duties and/or licensure.
- Strong clinical therapeutic skills and demonstration of knowledge of appropriate medication dosing
- Proven ability to work independently in a collaborative environment, be self-directed and possess excellent organizational skills
- Competent in the use of computers/technology

- Applicable State Board of Pharmacy License
- ACPE Sterile Products Certification
- CPR Certification
