Healix Infusion Care is seeking a Regional Relations Executive to join our team!  The Regional Relations Executive will drive infusion center referrals through business-to-business interactions: servicing & networking with providers and the staff, case managers, pharma representatives, foundation/society contacts, and other referral sources close to patient care. Â

Responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the Pittsburgh metro area and for securing patient referrals from physicians. Creates a territory sales plan and regularly assesses progress on opportunities. Uses appropriate marketing materials and tools to convey consistent messaging. Manages the sales process that ultimately results in physician understanding and appreciation for the benefits of referring patients to Healix Infusion Care’s Ambulatory Infusion Center.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; some weekend and evening event participation required

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and team members in the development of the sales & marketing strategies and execution tactic development for the Pittsburgh Region Infusion centers
- Cultivate and manage community provider targets using market claims data, CRM, and network contacts to prioritize efforts in alignment with strategies and performance goals.
- Lead relationship efforts in the Pittsburgh Region through meeting with provider sources in person, phone calls, events, and providing materials to promote and educate about the biologic infusion services offered.Â
- Support the development of our market message to payors, patients, and referring providers.Â
- Assist with the order process and communication with referring providers including documentation required to complete an order or obtain authorization for patient treatment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapies offered, industry regulations, market trends to provide accurate and credible information to healthcare providers and patients.
- Document all interactions in CRM, review measurements and performance goals for Pittsburgh Region, develop strategies and tactics to meet/exceed all performance goals.Â
- Manage community sources to identify, qualify, and nurture brand awareness and value
- Establish and maintain Pharma relationship in Pittsburgh Region
- Establish and maintain Foundation/Society relationships in Pittsburgh Region
- Identify, manage, organize, and participate in local events, to increase bread recognition and patient interest.
- Frequently work with the marketing department to share local events and patient engagement to maintain social media activity.
