About the Position:

Job Title: Client Services Account Manager

Location: Based on Houston, TX (Remote Position)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard operating hours

Travel: Some travel to assigned locations is required for client meetings and site visits

The client services team is seeking candidates with 5+ years experience in account management within the healthcare sector. The Client Services Account Manager will join the management development program in a fast-track career training designed to equip experienced account managers for a role as a Division Managers within the Client Services Department. This program will strategically expose experienced Account Managers in healthcare to Healix company-specific business knowledge, allowing the Account Manager to understand the clinical and financial aspects of the business model. Healix Division Managers oversee multiple site operations, including managing P/L of each client business. Within the development program, the Client Services Account Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate directly with the Vice President of Client Services and the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of clinical, therapeutic, and business aspects of the healthcare and infusion industries to communicate effectively with physician specialists.
  • Perform site-specific responsibilities and problem-solving in coordination with Division Managers to address dynamic issues.
  • Act as the Lead Project Manager for new site programs, including collaborating with individual company departments.
  • Participate in financial, business, and negotiation skills through contract negotiations and financial presentations for clients nationwide.
  • Successfully complete training in the management development program for promotion to Division Manager.

Education & Experience

  • Required five (5) plus years experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics from a four-year college or university; Health Science preferred.

Education & Experience

  • Required five (5) plus years experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare sector.
