Pharmacists Mutual Insurance has an opening for a Marketing Operations Coordinator. Their role is a key member of a cross-functional team, contributing to the strength of the Company's brand, voice, visibility, and success in achieving the Company's long-term goals. This position is the linchpin between marketing strategy and execution. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects will be essential in this role. This position handles the daily management of the hybrid marketing and communications department and requires knowledge or experience in project management. The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the marketing department and the day-to-day management of projects for its internal and external customers. The Marketing Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing.

- Executes tasks as assigned with minimal direction.
- Executes on midsize projects and tasks and has the knowledge and technical skill to carry out job duties and functions.
Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator
- Executes on more complex projects and tasks as assigned with little to no direction from manager.
- Must demonstrate a history of high-quality work, be a positive minded team player, and contribute to the goals and progress of the department and the organization.
Essential Functions
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to the following:Â Â Â Â
- Coordinate and ensure the on-time and orderly flow of all projects from job initiation to release.
- Communicate scheduled deadlines and coordinate resources (internal and external) needed to drive projects forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with market and competition research.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as creative, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Monitor and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized files for all stages from concepts to completed pieces.
- Initiate, develop, drive, and revise schedules.
- Gather estimates and assist in managing production vendors.
- Manage print and promotional ordering and inventory.
- Act as communication interface between members of Marketing staff and other internal customers.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the effective execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
- Provides administrative support through proofreading, submitting invoices, report generation, and other duties as assigned.
