Shifts: Rotating shifts 5pm to 5am

Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the dispatch function.

Essential Functions

• Organize and sort incoming mail and paperwork
• Image/Scan all paperwork
• Enter information into customer systems
• Accept orders from customers and create in order system
• Dispatch drivers occasionally
• Assist Dispatcher with daily duties
• Answer customer billing and load status questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
