Assist in managing faculty, adjunct, visiting, GTA, reader, and grader data for Academic Affairs

Assist in maintaining faculty lists

Complete administrative onboarding process of new graders and dissertation readers for Academic Affairs

Create and maintain physical and digital files for faculty, adjuncts, and GTAs

Support annual audit of Acad-Dean shared drive security.

Assist in Commencement events; Chapel, BBQ, and Commencement Ceremony as needed.Â

Assist in events hosted by the Office of Academic Affairs as needed
