As a member of our bookstore team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — helping students get the resources they need, keeping the store running smoothly, and creating a friendly, helpful atmosphere that reflects our seminary’s values. Our Seminary Bookstore is more than just a place to shop — it’s a hub for students, faculty, and visitors, and we’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic team members to help us make it an even better place to be!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing top-notch customer service with a smile — whether in person, on the phone, or online
- Running the cash register and handling transactions with care and accuracy
- Packing and shipping book orders to students around the country
- Pulling and preparing online orders quickly and efficiently
- Receiving book shipments and getting them on the shelves
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Work with the Bookstore team during graduation to hand out regalia to graduates – and help graduates with regalia at the ceremony
- Represent the store at certain events throughout the year such as graduation, faculty publication events, and conferences
- Helping with our yearly inventory
