A Successful Candidate Will:
- Be a practicing Catholic.
- Demonstrate musical proficiency and experience in leading and conducting instrumental and choral music groups.
- Offer all people kind, professional, and prompt service.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Work well in a team environment across multiple campuses, including interfacing well with people with irregular schedules.
- Possess a demonstrated history of work in Catholic music, and a desire to implement sacred music.
- Possess at least a high school diploma. College degree preferred.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
