Primary:
- Willingness and ability to support the mission of the Catholic Church by extending the ministry of the archbishop
- Ability and desire to use God-given gifts and talents in service of the local Church in support of the collaboratin between lay and ordained Ministers
- A practicing faithful Catholic and active member of a parish in good standing with the Church
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience directing or coordinating faith formation programs in a parish is perferred
- Minimum educational qualification: an undergrraduate degree in Religious Education, Pastoral Studies or Education, or equivalent combination of relevant education and educational experience

- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Effective verbal and written communications
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and see projects to completion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled in leading, motivating and collaborating with volunteers, including recruting new volunteers
- Ability to adapt to evolving environment and multi-tasking
Technology skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, Exce, Outlook; Google Workspace and Social Media platforms
- Technical skills needed for multimedia presentations and for producing the necessary printed materials and curriculum support materials required for formation programs.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
