- A practicing Catholic who can serve as a faithful witness to others, proclaiming the Gospel and sharing the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- A passion for helping others grow in their relationship for Christ and engagement in the life of the Church.
- A proven ability to collaborate with others and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, and travel for conferences or missions.Â
- A bachelor’s degree in related field, or comparable experience in youth ministry.Â
- Must keep a clean and current background check, compliance with the Safe Environment program, and be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
