- A practicing Catholic who can serve as a faithful witness to others, proclaiming the Gospel and sharing the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- A passion for helping others grow in their relationship for Christ and engagement in the life of the Church.
- A proven ability to collaborate with others and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, and travel for conferences or missions.  
- A bachelor’s degree in related field, or comparable experience in youth ministry.  
- Must keep a clean and current background check, compliance with the Safe Environment program, and be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
 
 
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
