Position: RN Staff Nurse (7a-7p)

Pay and Benefits:

• $35 per hour
• Benefits start after 30 days of employment
• Pay in lieu of benefits is an extra $3 more per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and care plans.
• Complete all resident documentation electronically—computer skills preferred but training will be provided.
• Assist with repositioning and transferring residents of varying weights using safe lifting procedures.
• Ensure timely transport of objects within the facility while maintaining prolonged standing or walking as needed.
• Perform tasks requiring occasional bending, squatting, or reaching repeatedly.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; occasionally lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ambulatory throughout the facility.
• Prolonged standing and walking may be required.
