As a Security Guard at Trinity Oaks, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our campus, which includes three buildings and approximately 300 residents. Your dedication and attentiveness will ensure the protection of property and the well-being of all occupants during the second shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rounds of the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor doors for proper closures and confirm that exit and stairwell doors are locked according to safety procedures.
• Lock and unlock entry doors as instructed, adhering to established safety protocols.
• Survey the property for potential risks such as fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and situations as they arise.
